This building is huge with so much space for pretty much anything you can imagine. Two street entries for separate business spaces. Each space can be divided into whatever you want. Some of the floors are sloping, our thought are to take out the floors and replace with concrete. That seems to be the most economical option and most long term. The left side floor is being removed at present and removal will continue if time warrants. There has already been some concrete flooring done in places.
